Refund Arrangement
If customers need to return the product after receiving it due to product quality problems or problems during delivery, we will provide a refund or exchange service. Please refer to our return and exchange policy below for the specific process. If you pay by bank transfer, PayMe, Alipay, etc., please keep the payment proof for refund processing. If there is a dispute, both parties will negotiate and resolve it in a fair and just manner.
1. Once payment is confirmed, the order will enter the processing process and cannot be changed or cancelled. If you have special needs, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will try our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee that we can meet the request.
2. If you find any quality problems (not caused by human factors) after receiving the goods and need a refund, please contact me within 24 hours after receiving the goods and provide the transfer information and product pictures. If it exceeds 24 hours, we cannot arrange any refund.
3. Once confirmed, our company will arrange a refund within five working days. Please send the defective product back to us. (Freight to be paid)
