Da Ma Lao Zhang Pork Jerky is a pork jerky brand under Minasia Global, originating from high-quality pork jerky and handmade charcoal grilled in Malaysia exclusively in Hong Kong Market. "Da Ma Lao Zhang" name from combines Malaysia's mandarin pronunciation and the family name of founder.  It started when Grandpa Zhang was "sold piglets" and "went to Southeast Asia" in his early years and sailed across the ocean to Malaya, and also experienced the Second World War. The brand has a history of third generations until now. In the early years, in order to support his family, Lao Zhang's grandfather started a pork business, from raising pigs to wholesale and retail. Then, when it came to his father's generation, he started making his own pork jerky. As time and years passed, this persistence and craftsmanship were passed down by his father, and now it has been taken over by the third generation of "Lao Zhang". Nowadays, the Internet generation changing the world. The third-generation Lao Zhang does not willing the delicious pork jerky only limited to Malaysia, so he is determined to promote this traditional delicacy to the international market and make it a must-buy souvenir for everyone when traveling.
